Job Summary
The Camden County IMPACT Specialist is responsible for providing essential support and information to homeless individuals in unsafe conditions, assessing their emergency needs, and facilitating group sessions. This role involves coordinating transportation for clients, conducting comprehensive intake assessments, and creating service plans with client input. The specialist networks with community agencies to develop resources and maintains communication among staff and clients while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies. Active participation in staff meetings and outreach activities is required, along with providing practical assistance to clients in their daily living needs.
