Job Summary
Monitor, plan, and observe daily employee activities to ensure productivity, coordinate breaks, and maintain a safe, harassment-free work environment. Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures while adhering to cash handling policies and security protocols. Resolve customer complaints in line with policy, practice food safety standards, and manage inventory through product placement and monthly counts. Deliver training for new employees across various brands and respond to guest injuries or property damage by completing required reports.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working in restaurants, food service or retail as a cashier, barista, food prep, customer service/sales associate or team member
