CAM Analyst I

CAM Analyst I participates in Default Servicing projects within CAM, serving as a contact in defined CAM areas and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders across business lines. Responsible for developing and producing routine departmental reports and analyses (project/product strategy analyses, historical reporting, workflow analyses, financial analyses), performing routine and non-routine data review and reconciliation, drafting/editing procedures to keep CAM documentation current, supporting user certifications and compliance testing, and assisting with planning, testing, and implementing new projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes. Must understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards, identify issues for escalation, promote an inclusive, customer-focused environment aligned with the M&T Bank brand, and support internal controls and audits. Location: Getzville, NY. This is a full-time role requiring associate degree (or equivalent) with prior related experience and strong analytical/communication skills, within a bank-focused, compliance-driven environment.
