Job Summary
Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach and maximize sales commissions by converting walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors. Manage client bookings, follow up on shopping experiences, and utilize fashion expertise to inspire others while maintaining high visual and housekeeping standards. Support managers in executing standard operations, including daily replenishment, markdowns, and POS procedures, while conducting daily cleaning tasks such as dusting shelves, sanitizing sinks, and sweeping floors. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals by leveraging a full knowledge of the product and maintaining store cleanliness across sales floors and backrooms.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of Contemporary Fashion retail industry
- High level standards of customer service
- Advanced knowledge of selling techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
