Job Summary
Conduct high-level client service to drive conversion and retention, building genuine relationships through proactive outreach and personalized fashion expertise. Manage client books by capturing contact information and following up on inquiries, product care, and shopping experiences. Operate POS systems, execute opening/closing procedures, and maintain strict visual and housekeeping standards across sales floors, fitting rooms, and backrooms. Support store operations by assisting with daily replenishment, seasonal markdowns, and stock management while collaborating with management to track KPIs. Provide training to new teammates and mentor colleagues to foster a unified, motivated team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of Contemporary Fashion retail industry
- High level standards of customer service
- Advanced knowledge of selling techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are a people person!
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
