Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in driving sales performance by executing marketing initiatives, analyzing KPIs, and setting store goals. Lead the team through daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising updates, and inventory management. Conduct regular coaching sessions, manage staff training, and ensure strict adherence to safety and cleanliness standards across the sales floor and backroom. Liaise with Sales Leads and Ambassadors to deliver high-quality guest experiences while maintaining open communication and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail industry and customer service
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance including climbing a ladder and use a step stool
