Job Summary
Calypso Application Support Specialist sought in Bangalore, IN-KA, India. Responsible for L1/L2/L3 production support for Calypso platform across Front Office, Trade Workflow, Pricing, Market Data, Risk, Back Office, Settlements, and related modules. Duties include incident management, troubleshooting production issues, STP failures, P&L evaluation, trade feed issues, and participating in upgrades, testing, deployment, and release cycles, with exposure to integration interfaces (SWIFT, Bloomberg, Markit, DTCC SDR, FedWire) and technologies (Oracle/SQL, UNIX/Linux, Shell Scripting, Calypso APIs, ERS/FOWS, MxML-like interfaces). Employment may offer remote or hybrid arrangements depending on client requirements; in-office attendance may be required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- L1/L2/L3 production support for Calypso platform
- Modules: Front Office, Trade Workflow, Pricing, Market Data, Risk (Market/Credit), Back Office, Settlements, Collateral Management
- Financial Products: Derivatives (IRS, CCS, FX, Options, CDS), Fixed Income, Money Market, FX Forwards
- Technical Skills: Oracle/SQL, UNIX/Linux, Shell Scripting, Calypso APIs, ERS/FOWS, MxML-like interfaces
- Integration: SWIFT, Bloomberg, Markit, DTCC SDR, FedWire, internal GL systems
- Incident Management: Troubleshooting production issues, STP failures, P&L evaluation, trade feed issues
- Change Management: Participate in upgrades, testing, deployment, release cycles
