Required Qualifications
- Proof of valid CPR/1st Aid certification
- Level one Arizona Fingerprint Card
- Recent negative Tuberculosis test or ability to obtain within thirty days of employment
- Ability to assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Access to fully insured reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check
