Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients’ homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. As part of a clinical team, directly implement skill-building and care plans, record session data using electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. Roles start part-time with a 6-month commitment, offering paid training, referral bonuses, opportunities for professional advancement, and flexibility to fit your schedule. Prioritize candidates with an interest in Autism services and experience or training in ABA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
- Willingness to learn
