Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, perform remote troubleshooting using TeamViewer, and process claims and data entry. Collaborate with internal departments to develop solutions for technical assistance and support. Requires a completed commercial training, strong computer and German skills, and availability for shift and weekend work. Minimum salary is 30,000€ gross per year. Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK/HAS,...) bzw. andere abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
- Einwandfreier Leumund
Desired Qualifications
