Job Summary
Conduct outbound verification calls to customers, confirming information provided during onboarding and loan application processes. Perform prequalification checks based on defined criteria and accurately document call outcomes and customer responses. Escalate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags identified during calls. Candidates must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs. Minimum of 0-1 year experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Call Centre Operations, Verification, or a related role is required, along with excellent verbal communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
