Job Summary
Conduct classroom instruction and supervision in the absence of regular teachers while maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Review and implement lesson plans left by the classroom teacher, manage behavior, and enforce school policies consistently. Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, and other settings as assigned, and communicate any issues or feedback to school administration. Perform additional duties as needed to support daily school operations. This as-needed position requires flexibility to accept assignments on short notice and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree or teacher certification
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting
