Job Summary
Provide classroom instruction and supervision in the absence of the regular teacher while maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Review and implement lesson plans left by the classroom teacher, then manage behavior and enforce school policies fairly to ensure continuity of learning. Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, and other settings as assigned, and communicate any issues or feedback to school administration. Report to the assigned school location on time and check in with the main office. Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations. This as-needed role requires flexibility to accept assignments on short notice and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree or teacher certification
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting
