We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative responsible for coordinating the release and pickup of vehicles while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include confirming vehicle pick-up details with body shops, obtaining release authorizations from vehicle owners, and maintaining accurate vehicle information. The role involves making 100+ calls daily, processing 60+ live lots, and participating in weekly team meetings. Required qualifications include one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, effective communication skills, a typing speed of 45 WPM, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
