Job Summary
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks exceptional leaders for various senior positions including Team Leaders, Deputy Team Leaders, and Technical Experts for FCDO-funded projects focused on Education, Health, Safety, and Economic Wellbeing. Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in complex programme design and delivery, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected states. Strong management skills and the ability to work within international consortia are essential. Fluency in English is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in FCDO operations.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience (7+) in complex programme design and delivery
- Prior experience as a Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, Technical Director or similar role for FCDO
- Experience with management of consortia of international and local partners
- Ability to perform at a senior management level
- Substantial experience working within FCDO operational footprint
- Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with government officials
- Fluency in English required
- Extensive technical experience working in initiatives related to Education, Health, Safety and Economic Wellbeing
