Job Summary
Conduct cross-functional rotations across key departments while engaging in strategic projects and gaining regional exposure within Rubis operations. Complete an intensive 18-month leadership development journey featuring hands-on experience, mentorship from senior leaders, and commercial exposure across Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. Submit an updated CV detailing nationality, KCSE graduation year and grade, university degree specialization, and contact information via the Stratostaff East Africa Careers Portal by June 15, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Upper Second-Class Degree (or above)
- Graduated within the last 2 years
- Disciplines: Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain, IT, Legal or related fields
- Minimum KCSE Mean Grade: B+
- Age: 26 years and below
