Call for Applications: Refugee-Led Organizations: Increasing Access to Higher Education for Refugee and Displaced young people in Nairobi and other urban centres in Kenya

Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to connect refugee and displaced youth in Nairobi and urban Kenya with higher education opportunities through the University Now initiative. Recruit, train, and supervise at least five peer-to-peer advisors to provide hands-on application support, while establishing physical hubs for internet access and laptop usage. Co-design the consortium governance framework and market-stable funding strategy with other refugee-led organizations, ensuring compliance with Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program requirements. Deliver monthly financial and activity reports, participate in steering committee meetings, and lead capacity-building workshops on digital skills, financial management, and monitoring and evaluation.
