Job Summary
Handle customer service hotline inquiries and provide first-level support across OMNI Channels. Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems or issues promptly. Follow standard operating procedures closely and work as a team to ensure the contact centre service level is met. This role reports to the Contact Centre Team Lead. Applicants with a Diploma, NITEC, or GCE 'O' Level and minimum C5 English proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / NITEC / GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Minimum C5 for English O level
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry
