Job Summary
Call Centre Agents who will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. Responsibilities include recording interactions in the CRM, escalating complex issues, meeting performance metrics (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction), maintaining confidentiality, supporting engagement initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Must be UAE National with a Family Book and possess strong Arabic and English communication skills, with the ability to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- UAE National with a valid Family Book
- High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as assigned by management
