Job Summary

Call Centre Agent responsible for booking vehicle services to full capacity using the BSI system, managing customer data (VIN, year/model, contact details), and following a booking script. Primary duties include scheduling and confirming appointments, checking and updating recall campaigns, uploading documentation to job cards, sending calendar invites, and communicating diagnostic fees and arrival estimates. Maintain system integrity, achieve daily/monthly service-booking targets, manage no-shows, and follow up on parts arrivals and customer feedback. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer communication, data accuracy, proactive recall checks, familiarity with dealership workflows, and the ability to work under pressure to meet KPI targets.

Required Qualifications

  • System Proficiency with proprietary systems like BSI and manufacturer-specific software
  • Experience in high-volume call centre, service booking, or administrative role in automotive/workshop
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette
  • Attention to detail in data capture and process execution
  • Commitment to reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to work overtime and month-end as required
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining courtesy
