Call Center Triage Nurse (RN)

Triage incoming calls from clients, assess needs, and provide appropriate clinical options while facilitating referrals to primary providers, specialists, healthcare facilities, and community resources. Educate callers regarding immediate care advice and preventative behaviors, and collaborate with other providers and disciplines to support triage decisions. Requires current compact licensure as a Registered Nurse with at least three years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care services. This role offers the option to work in a hybrid environment at the Access and Logistics Center Command Center.
