Job Summary
The Call Center Triage Nurse provides front-line patient support by managing incoming calls, triage assessments, scheduling urgent appointments, updating patient records, and delivering nursing guidance within a call-center environment. Requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to assess patient needs, document interactions, route calls appropriately, and collaborate with providers and community healthcare partners. Must hold a nursing degree (LPN/RN) with prior progressively responsible experience; skilled in nursing operations, regulatory compliance, leadership, customer service, and cross-department coordination across all age groups.
Required Qualifications
- Required-High School graduate or GED certificate and completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Required-Degree in Nursing
- Required-Must possess sufficient prior work experience in progressively responsible positions during which the skills and abilities to perform all the essential functions have been amply demonstrated at a consistently competent level.
