Job Summary
Telehealth Clinician for Call Center nights coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams, conducts level of care assessments and ASAM documentation via telehealth, provides resource information and warm-referrals to community providers, and communicates within HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 guidelines. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, thorough documentation, verification of benefits and necessary authorizations, and ensuring compliance with clinical regulations. Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
