Job Summary
Supervise a customer care team in Last Mile to achieve key performance goals, organize day-to-day operations, coach and develop staff, maintain performance statistics, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery for online customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 3 years’ experience in a supervisory call center role in the logistics or transportation industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint), and other business-related applications
- Advanced experience with Excel including pivot tables and vlook-up
