Call Center Specialist handling homeowner calls and inquiries, delivering scripted pitches, setting qualified in-home consultation appointments, maintaining accurate lead information and reports, coordinating with canvassers and sales teams, answering inbound calls, handling objections, and providing follow-up maintenance of CRM data in a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.
Required Qualifications
