Job Summary
Responds to a high volume of telephone calls, including scheduling patient appointments and reminding patients of items to bring; writes messages and ensures charts are pulled and taken to technicians; handles inquiries about insurances, office hours, services, locations, exam fees, and doctor information; enters referral information into the computer system. Incumbents perform other related duties as assigned. 1-year office/customer service experience preferred; strong customer service and data entry skills; basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
