Job Summary
Call Center Specialist (Banking) handles 60+ inbound and some outbound calls daily, assisting customers with lost cards, balance inquiries, and account requests while delivering high-quality service. Navigate 10+ systems to research issues, determine solutions, and resolve or escalate customer needs. Requires adapting to a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills without scripts, and meeting customer-service KPIs. Preferred: banking call center experience (2+ years) and bilingual Spanish/English. Onsite role in Alpharetta, GA with department hours and Saturdays. Required Qualifications

- 1 year of call center experience
- Must be open to department hours and Saturdays
- Must live within a 35 mile radius of Alpharetta, GA
