Job Summary
Manage 60+ inbound calls daily and some outbound calls to assist customers with lost cards, balance inquiries, account requests, and troubleshooting while delivering a high-quality service experience. Provide accurate information about bank products and services, resolve complaints, and process requests (transfers, stop payments, address changes) in compliance with bank policies. Navigate across 10+ systems to research issues, determine solutions, and either resolve or escalate customer needs. Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving systems and procedures, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills to meet individual and team KPIs. Nice to have: bilingual Spanish/English.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of call center experience
- banking or similar experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- background check required
- MVR check required
- employment verification required
