Call Center Specialist responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls across network, services and tariffs; inform customers about campaigns via calls and social media; address customer demands and resolve issues per Call Centre procedures; assist with provisioning, activation/deactivation via E-Pos/Logica/provisioning/BSCS; collaborate with other teams to solve technical problems; demonstrate technology literacy, strong communication, multitasking and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
