Job Summary
The Bilingual Call Center Services Agent assists members and potential members with telephone requests, explains services, responds to problems, offers additional products and services, and directs calls to appropriate areas. Responsibilities include providing accurate, courteous, timely phone service; handling product/service inquiries; processing member transactions with zero errors; directing escalated issues; identifying opportunities for needed products/services; maintaining member confidentiality and security; and collaborating in a team-oriented environment while meeting performance expectations. Required skills include excellent written and verbal communication, basic math, strong organizational abilities, teamwork, and multitasking. Education requires a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is required. Location is Oak Ridge, TN (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of customer service related experience required
- One or more years of experience in a call center environment preferred
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is required
- Education: A high school diploma or GED
