Job Summary
Provide information about member accounts, policies, and services, serving as a trusted advisor to match financial products with member needs. Cross-sell products, resolve escalations, and contribute to branch and credit union goals. Must meet shifts Mon-Fri 7:45am–7:15pm and two Saturdays per month; after training and successful performance, remote work may be considered. Requires strong communication, math skills, and computer proficiency; located within 50 miles of Santa Ana, CA for training and in-office work during initial period.
Required Qualifications
- Call center or banking experience
- sales and service etiquette
- effective written and oral communication
- computer knowledge and experience including Microsoft programs and Outlook
- ability to perform mathematical calculations
- willingness to commute to Santa Ana, CA for training and five days per week
