Required Qualifications
- Call center or banking experience to include knowledge of sales and service etiquette
- Aptitude for self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and service orientation
- Effective written and oral communication; ability to communicate in person and over the telephone
- Computer knowledge in professional environments; Microsoft programs, Outlook scheduling, and internet navigation
- Accurately performs mathematical calculations
- Willingness to commute into the office five days per week during training and initial 30 days
