Job Summary
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products tailored to their needs while handling objections to close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions, follow up on leads, and respond to inquiries. Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics while staying informed about product updates and promotions. Fluent in English and Spanish with strong persuasion skills, you will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to drive revenue. Background checks, drug screening, and a pre-employment test are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
