Job Summary
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling tailored products while handling objections to close sales effectively. Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics by following up on leads and responding to customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions, staying informed about product updates, promotions, and offerings. Fluent in English and Spanish with strong persuasion skills required. Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and willing to submit to background checks and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
