Call Center Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound calls with patients to support resupply of existing products; serve as the primary point of contact for creating and booking patient orders; monitor performance metrics and meet quality and service-level standards; adhere to schedules and departmental procedures while working independently; deliver exceptional customer service across multiple accounts; role requires HIPAA-compliant home environment, reliable hardwired internet, and a fixed daytime CST schedule; remote work in the U.S. with full-time hours, 40/week, 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. CST shifts; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with data-entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently
