Call Center Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Summary
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell tailored products or services. Handle objections and close sales effectively while meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, then follow up on leads and respond to inquiries. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and offerings to ensure accurate communication. Fluent in English and Spanish with strong persuasion skills is required. This role is part of MCI's global BPO and CX operations, supporting clients across healthcare, retail, and financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
