Job Summary
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting tailored products and services while handling objections to close sales effectively. Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics by following up on leads and responding to customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and offerings to deliver relevant solutions. Fluent in English and Spanish with strong sales persuasion skills required. Located in Killeen, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
