Job Summary
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote and sell tailored products and services. Upsell and cross-sell based on customer profiles, actively listen to understand needs, and recommend solutions. Use internal systems to manage accounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, follow compliance scripts, and escalate complex matters. Protect sensitive data and stay updated on training and product changes to meet performance goals. Submit to background checks and drug screening as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or outbound sales environment preferred
