Job Summary
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote and sell tailored products and services. Actively listen to understand customer needs, then upsell and cross-sell based on their profiles. Use internal systems to manage accounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate complex matters, and follow compliance scripts. Protect sensitive data and stay current with training updates. Meet attendance and performance goals while representing recognized brands in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or outbound sales environment preferred
