Job Summary
Provide superior service to THE Club members and Diamond Resorts owners, acting as the primary contact for member accounts, handling reservations, processing payments, and upselling products. Responsibilities include creating/modifying/canceling resort reservations, updating member information, educating members on THE Club benefits, documenting notes after interactions, resolving member questions, maintaining reservation productivity, meeting incentive metrics, identifying and upselling membership products and tours, handling blended inbound/outbound calls, completing required trainings, ensuring policy compliance, and performing related duties to support member satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service and/or call center field
- Timeshare Sales License required
