Job Summary
Manage inbound sales contacts via calls, chats, and emails to acquire new customers and upsell additional products and services. Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales goals by applying effective selling techniques and mastering order processing for cable communication offerings. Maintain customer satisfaction through professionalism while meeting all call handling metrics and staying informed about competitor products. Work in an office environment with variable hours that may include weekends, holidays, and split days off.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Proven sales techniques with consistent achievement of sales goals
- Knowledge of cable communication products and services (TV, internet, telephone)
- Proficiency with computers and billing software
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Variable hours that may include weekends, holidays, and split days off
