Job Summary
Answer guest inquiries via phone and online requests, promoting Kripalu's full range of wellness programs and amenities. Proactively engage callers to determine needs, suggest appropriate offerings, and guide potential guests toward programming using closing techniques to maximize inquiry-to-sales rates. Maintain accurate records in the ResortSuite hospitality system while cross-selling additional services and optimizing housing stock allocation. Provide comprehensive follow-up with guests and potential guests as needed, ensuring all registration and housing requests are handled with exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years customer service/sales experience.
- Knowledge about Kripalu and the surrounding area.
- Experience with phone service.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn new computer software applications.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
