Job Summary
Provide information to customers about Medicare questions and needs by handling calls as a Call Center Agent. Receive extensive paid training, enjoy good benefits, and the opportunity to set your own financial goals. Requires a pleasant phone voice, multitasking ability, solid computer/keyboarding skills, quick software-learning capability, and an outgoing, energetic attitude. Previous call center experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. The role is onsite in St. Charles, MO with a compensation range of $75,000–$100,000 per year, plus bonuses and commissions.
