Job Summary
Handle inbound calls, providing professional and accurate assistance to members, providers, and partners. Research and resolve inquiries in a timely manner using multiple systems and resources. Document all call interactions clearly and accurately while managing multiple responsibilities such as taking calls, entering notes, and navigating systems. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST in a fully remote role requiring a stable internet connection. This position supports Gainwell's mission to help clients improve the health and well-being of vulnerable community members through innovative healthcare solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and web browsers (Chrome/Edge)
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday
- Remote Setup: Fully remote role, must reside in the US and be able to work PST hours
- Technology: Stable internet connection required — minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
