Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance industry, health care or government sponsored health insurance
- Minimum 2 years experience working on the phone making inquiries (outbound) and answering calls (inbound)
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and Security rules
Desired Qualifications
