Job Summary
Answer incoming patient calls, direct inquiries, and schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments accurately. Process patient requests through the portal and website, entering demographic and insurance data while verifying eligibility for same-day visits. Submit new patient requests to the EHR system, update records for cancellations, and route messages appropriately. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support coordinated care, assist with front office duties like check-in and copay collection, and participate in departmental meetings and training. Work a stable Monday through Friday day shift in Cary, NC, supporting patient-centered care within a collaborative specialty practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn practice management systems
- Monday - Friday | Day Shift
- Cary, NC | Onsite
