Job Summary
Call Center Representative for NYPCC, a fully remote role with an initial onsite training period in the Bronx area. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, triaging inquiries, documenting interactions, handling service recovery, and supporting the clinical team with chart maintenance. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 1–2 years Call Center experience in medical/community mental health, HS diploma, proficiency in MS Office, ability to learn new software, and strong accuracy under pressure. Remote work is available after training; must reside in the Tri-State area. Salary $20.00-$23.00/hour; fully remote with potential on-site training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1 to 2 years of Call Center Representative experience in a fast paced office, preferably in medical or community mental health office
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to learn new software
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Team player
- Thrives under pressure in an outpatient client environment
- Must have valid identification and ability to travel to Bronx clinic for onsite training period before transitioning to remote work
