Job Summary

Call Center Representative sells and services food and beverage orders in a fast-paced environment. Interfaces with customers by telephone or electronically to receive and process orders, provides pricing totals, identifies sales opportunities, offers product knowledge and alternatives, handles complaints professionally, and supports the customer experience to increase sales. Works evenings (4:00 pm – 11:00 pm), part-time with potential to move to full-time, and requires strong communication, basic accounting/calculation ability, and teamwork.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalence
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform basic accounting skills
  • Computer and calculator keyboarding skills
  • Ability to perform multiple duties
  • Ability to work well individually and within a team-setting
  • Above-average communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with other employees
  • Demonstrated professional demeanor and satisfactory ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment
  • Ability to adhere to regular and routine attendance and to work evenings and/or weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and flexibility in schedules
