Call Center Representative

Answer high volumes of inbound calls to assist patients with inquiries and requests. Schedule patient appointments across multiple locations while collecting, reviewing, and updating patient demographics. Communicate required information clearly to callers during interactions. This work-from-home position supports the busy OB-GYN practice of Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates on the upper East Side of Manhattan.
