Job Summary
Manage customer enquiries, provide job progress updates, and handle work scheduling to meet customer requirements and KPIs. Reply to incoming calls regarding products, services, and general information while referring to scripts for difficult situations. Maintain accurate databases with progressing work and client details, ensuring all account information is up-to-date. Follow and improve departmental processes and service standards through individual and team training. Provide thorough follow-ups to interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize standard technology including telephone, email, and web browser for job duties.
